Robert Battin 

Robert Battin's art reflects his interests in metallurgy and machinery. He received his BA in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota in 1961, studied art in Cologne, Germany ( 1962-1966) and received an MFA from the University of Minnesota in 1975. He taught art at Macalester College, St. Paul, Minnesota,  and University of Wisconsin, Superior.He currently works full time on his interests.
